The Process

What to Expect

STEP 1

The first step is to reach out! Let's discuss your event and find the right package for you. If you need something a little custom we can determine that during our discovery meeting.

STEP 2

Once a service package is agreed upon, now it's time to review your service agreement and make your down payment! We'll begin planning and coordinating with you to capture all of your most important mooments.

STEP 3

It's time! We'll show up early, scout the site, setup our gear and recap one final time to ensure we haven't missed any crucial details. We'll capture all of your most important moments in your event!

STEP 4

Now it's time for us to work our magic and perfect your photos with our magic fingers! This stage usually takes 3-7 days but depending on how large of an event we covered, you should expect to recieve your photos in batches beginning a week after your event. We want you to be able to relive your event as quickly as possible!

FINISHED

Once the minimum delivery is met per your service agreement, your final payment will be due. All photos are delivered via Pixieset but don't worry, there will be an email showing you how to find them!

What kind of events do you do?

We love doing parties of all sorts but we're happy to banquets, graduations, corporate events, and much more!

What if I don't see the right package for my event?

We are happy to discuss any potential event that you might have! Just send us an inquiry form or an email and we can talk about it!

How are your prices setup?

We offer three disttinct packages to suit your most of your needs, if you don't find a package that suits you please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss the details of your project so we can find a solution that works for you.

Where can I find my final photo delivery?

In order to preserve quality, we upload all of our photos to Pixieset. This platform allows you to download your photos in hi-res whenever you need!

What if my event is taking place in another city?

We are happy to meet you anywhere on Colorado's western slope for your session! We do a fuel surcharge for the distance which we formulate based on current gas prices and distance.

Why don't you do weddings?

Weddings are a class of their own, while it is our intention to offer wedding photography in the future, we unfortunately are not equipped to tackle weddings at this time.
